I seriously doubt you need 4 motor mounts. If the car pull to one side while driving, then 'a' tie rod might need replacing. Both control arms? I live in a high rent district and alignments cost $100.
Do not go back there.
Now... You had your Timing belt replaced? at 90K miles? If your car has variable valve timing and coils over the spark plugs, then the belt was changed a bit early. If not, check your papers and find out when the last time the belt was changed. Older style engines have 70K mile belts, while the newer have 105K belts.
You can also look at the parts list from the current service. Check if the tensioner is the mechanical version or hydraulic. Hydraulic tensioners typically last 200K miles, as do water pumps.
Never get service away from your local mechanic, again.
