Hard Steering questions. 850 1994

I think after 15 years of use, the seals and inner tie rods just plain wear out. You can get a re-built rack for 265.00 (alloemparts.com).....i'm guessing that it would take a mechanic about 3 hours to install one, so it's about a 600.00 repair.......

My steering does the same thing sometimes, but it's intermittent....it's strange.
