Well, I hate to do this to you but the bulletin is 8 pages long, 2 of which outline the drive cycle necessary to bring up the monitors. It is a PDF file but it will not let me copy it here for whatever reason. One important note though is that it does say that all 96 year model cars reset the readiness monitors everytime the key is cycled. So in the event that you do get all of the codes up they will be cleared everytime you shut the car off. You need to put it throught the prerequisite Trip and take it right to the smog shop and have it smogged without shutting the car off. Friggin' brilliant huh?
