OK-I looked up the compression specs in my Haynes Manual and it outlines that compression should be 185-213PSI with a 20% max difference. Mine averaged 145PSI with a 10% difference. I did not do it with the throttle wide open though(I did have the fuel pump and spark de-activated. I will re-do tomorrow night with the throttle wide open. I will also pour a teaspoon of clean oil into the cylinder(s) to see if compression goes up. Still looking for words of wisdom though... I have seen products which improve compression and/or seal compression by cleaning rings/grooves? Would these products help with my excessive crankcase pressure?
Thanks,
