The ABS module can be permanently fixed by Vic for about $150. When was the timing belt changed and was there a new water pump installed at 140K?? The 5 cylinder engine is interferance and will self destruct in milliseconds, unlike your 240.
The T5 is a great car. Check the splash pan for dripping oil, it could be a sign that the turbo seals are going.
