Mileage is a little up there and at a point where repairs can start multiplying but $3000 may be OK if tires, brakes, camm belt, and suspension are all looking good. Look for any signs of oil leaks which can be expensive. The ABS light can also be a worn ignition switch which is a relatively easy $75-100 repair if you do the work yourself. Try wiggling the key around a bit to see if the ABS light comes on.
