Should bolt right in. When you make the switch you will need to remove the powered seat and disconnect the seat belt. You'll need a large torx socket..very large and I forgot the size. Disconnect the battery before you start....otherwise you may trip the srs system, (like i did)which is connected to the seatbelt, and that will require a trip to the dealer to reset it. And if they concerned that you may not have done things right....they will unbolt a few things and look...then charge you $75. Doesn't matter if you leave the ignition off....the seat stays powered. So didconnect the battery. Then the system never knows you were fooling around.
