Vacuum hoses and rubber elbows 850 1994

not an experienced tech, but I know that the 94 also has another odd vacuum hose that not all others have (can't say which ones don't).

There is a line that goes under the spark plug cover and routes around the perimeter of the cover. This supposedly "heats" the line?

Still haven't figured out what this line is for...

Only know that I replaced the rubber elbow under the torque mount, it was cracked.

Bay 13 shows it at the bottom of the vacuum line page.

Anyone know what it is and why it needs to be heated?
