Car will start and idol for 14 minutes then die and wont start for a hour. 850 1994

This car runs great until warm it seems and then will die without any sign its going to die. I try and start it and it will crank but not start. Sometimes it will start and then die right away. If I wait an hour or so it will start and do the same thing. I have been running it in the driveway on idol and I get the same ending.
I have replaced the #103 fuel relay. The main relay on the radiator seems to click on and off normally. I checked the fuel injectors and they look fine. I disconnected the hose on the fuel pressure regulator and it spews out a lot of gas when I turn the key to position 2.
I don't know If its the fuel pump. If so the part costs $363 and thats to much.
The car does kick out a lot of thick white smoke. I have fixed all main leaks that I could find but I did get a code for Max enrichment on O2 sensor. Would the O2 sensor be causing it to die when warm? Is it possible to clean an O2 sensor?
Thanks for any help or advice
