Slow oil leak on '94 850 wagon-What shall I do? 850

The car is at 115K, consumes 14MPG and leaks a few drops every day. I top it every month or so and it does fine. It runs fine, although I feel it is working harder than usual around slopes.
A couple of garages have quoted me about $2500 to fix the leak. Apparently the engine oil is leaking through the seal and getting into the turbo. Most of the repair money is for labor since the seal is not that expensive.
Is this a fair price? Should I fix it? The car's worth is probably around the price of its repair.

Please advise.
Thanks

Fred
