Another Self Leveling/Lowering Springs Question-Still Confussed 850

Hi Again, I posted a week ago about me trying to lower my 1997 850R Wagon with H&R Lowering Springs. First, my Wagon does have the Self Leveling System so I ordered the H&R Springs for cars with Self Leveling. I was told here that if I get new rear shocks it would to the trick of lowering the car because as of now it didn't lower it at all. If I do get the new rear shocks then my car would no longer have self leveling which is fine but I still have the Springs for Self Leveling cars. Does that matter or if I change the shocks should I have gotten the Non Self Leveling Springs? What can/should I do? Thanks Again, Ray.
