Another Self Leveling/Lowering Springs Question-Still Confussed V70-XC70 1998

I've been dreaming about lowering my 98 V70 AWD & gave up because of the all the complicated arguments regarding self leveling nivomat rears. Thank you for giving me a new light! Question: how many inches did this setup lower your wagon? Are spacers an additional part - $? Could you pleeeze post some pics?
