This is an interesting thread and I too am dreaming about lowering my R wagon and wanting to keep my Nivomats. The question is how do I go about doing it.

You mentioned that IPD offers some spacers for the springs? Can we get more info on what are they and are they for the Nivomats or the springs? Also, aren't all '98 V70R AWD with independent rear suspensions? The big question is would this work for our FWD cars?
