Replacement of the ETM IS covered by the DEALER for the first 10 years of ownership or 200K miles, which ever comes first. Did they not bother to mention this? If they didn't, you should turn them in to Volvo of North America. They ripped you off and treated you wrong. It just burns me up to hear what you went through...it's nothing short of criminal.
