Hello again old friends.

I am not referring to the Purge Valve in the engine area, but rather the Shutoff Valve which sits next to the Canister in right rear of vehicle. There is not much posted on this. It costs $130. How do I test it? (I am replacing the J-hose and L-hose (both cracked/dry-rotted) which attach to this valve).
