Depends on what broke. Pull it out and see if just the rivet broke. If not, you have pot metal cracked and it is time for a handle from the junkyard. Get one from the same side rear door because it isn't used as much.
Or, if you want to try to make do...
Pull the door panel.
You can see the screws holding the door handle after pulling the panel.

Here, the pot metal is cracked at the rivet that stops the outward travel.

Use a center punch to firm up the pivot pins.
