CONVERSE KIT ( What's really needed )

The Converse kit, is sort of expensive and some parts cry out for re-engineering, but it makes the swap relatively easy.
Not exactly bolt on, but close. Everything fit, I just drobpped the engine in, it fit, moving it around no more than to line up bolt holes. All of the linkages lined right up.
The wiring harness makes the electrical part of the process easy also. Also it comes with a P/S hose, adapters for the A/C, throttle cable, temp sensor also radiator and heater hoses.
These are all things you can do on your own, but calculate the time, equipment, tools etc. and if that is a factor consider the kit. Really, why re-invent what is already out there?
I'm sort of a duffer in the garage, and without the kit I wouldn't have even considered the swap.
Best of luck,
T.R. Conn
