The seats are from a 99 or a 2000 loaded S60. Since the seat hardware and
Brackets are not compatible with the 240, I took the 240 seat brackets off and mounted them on the S60 seats. As I recall, it was fairly easy to do. Of course then they bolted right into the 240 mounting holes.
