Yes, but...... 140-160

It could still be the throttle switch even if you don't need it to be plugged in. D-Jet cars here in Australia cut the fuel off when the RPM's are above 1500rpm & the throttle switch is in the idle position, so it could still be crap between the idle position contacts in the switch making it stumble.
