If you are talking fuel pump relay, the ashtray lifts out by pushing up on little bar at the bottom. To make the relay more accessible, remove cigarette lighter and trim piece surrounding it by pulling gently (snaps out). behind this trim piece are two phillips head screws. Remove them and pull out entire section above ashtray as well. Fuse and relay box will be clearly accessible from here. I think that model's fuel pump relay is in the second row on the far left and is usually white. Good luck!
