Brake Problem 700

It was from a "pick-your-parts" car. Looked resonably new w/ fresh paint and soft resevoir seals. Checked the one-way valve and its seems to be working properly. Idle vacuum does drop a little when I press the peddle down and there's a soft hissing sound from the peddle area so I guess it's the booster. I'll look for a used one this afternoon. I have ABS. Are the booster's all the same?
