No I am not sure, how can I find out?

"I would advise using the HIF6 carbs, with the correct needles"
I have heard the HIF6 carbs are not tunable, is that true? I have thought that the HIF6 would be a better choice.

"mill the head and port it out a bit"
Will that change the compression?
Is the K cam not a good choice?
LSD is going to happen.
