I use my fog lights to communicate with tailgating drivers...

Works about 1/2 the time, which is pretty successful considering who I'm trying to communicate with.

If the fog lights don't work, I sometimes activate my brake lights by stepping firmly on the pedal. Occasionally that inspires anger from the other driver, so I try to avoid doing that.
