760 With 740 Engine.

Hi friends,

Once again a post on here for your help. Is it possible to have a volvo 760GLE with a 740 Engine in it? Is it legal or does it have to be officially reported to the Ministry if at all possible? Why would anyone change the engines? Should I be careful?
