I spent the other night trouble shooting my central door locking system and it turned out to be the door switch. There are three rods , one for locking , one to the outside latch andone to the interior latch . Remove the keepers holding these rods in place . Then remove the door lock mechanism , the lock that catch's the door pilar . There are two star type bolts holding this in place .Make sure you have the correct tool before starting . Behind that is one screw , after removing that , you can take the entire assembly out of the inner door and remove the switch . From what I have seen , this is not rebuildable and will have to be replaced . I was going to order one today , but did not get around to it . Make sure that your central door locking relay is good first before you do all this work to remove the switch , and of course the fuse . It looked a lot harder than it turned out to be and went back together easily . Be careful to place all parts where they will not get lost .
