What to do, What to do (yet another Volvo for the collection?!?!) LONG 200 1989

I don't know either, but I sure enjoyed the story! Could a plugged/crimped fuel return line cause the diaphragm to rupture? Might explain the pump problems, too. But that's just a wild guess on my part ...
