Leaky rear cargo windows cause rust problems in two areas, the floopan just behind the front seats, and the spare tire wells.

The only way to repair it correctly is to take the windows out, clean, use rust sealer, and repaint everything.

If resealing the windows means smearing some silicone around the base, that doesn't cut it.
