Fuel pump relay question 200 1982

I checked the timing belt, it is showing wear, but the teeth are firmly set and it has good tension, it looks like it's about time to change it, but I don't think it is the problem.

I checked and cleaned all of the terminals and connectors on the coil, but will check the connetions on the ICU.
