NOT 200

Sorry to contradict.
I just did this job on my own 2 cars - swapping sway bars between them, IPDs going from my old ride to my new ride.

Cannot pound this bolt out like shock bolt.

Rear sway bar has 2 bolts. Front bolt of the 2 is shock's lower bolt.
1st writer removed lower shock bolts OK.

Second bolt is the rear of the 2. This is stuck.
This bolt has a nut available to loosen, but a hidden head on the other end w/no hex or anything. A somewhat rounded head w/no slot.

Back end of this bolt is between 2 flat steel plates.
Plate towards the nut-end of fastener has a slot that allows bolt to slide down when loosened.
So, 1st writer must loosen the nut or cut it off if all else fails.

Could maybe pound downwards on that part of sway bar to force it out of the slot, but the car is up there so there's nowhere to swing the hammer.
