I was backing up the other day and looking in the rearview mirror, I saw my reflection in the window of a store behind me. I noticed the driver's side looked dirty at the upper portion of the lens. When I got home, I turned the key to accessory and put the auto shifter into reverse and walked around an noticed that in fact it was not as "clean" looking compared to the other side. The entire rear assy is less than 2 years old including new back up lenses. I pulled the cover inside the trunk and remove the bulb and ran my finger around inside thinking there might be mildew or dirt causing this effect. I know that the back up lens is seperate from the rest of the rear lighting assy, but how do I remove the lens without breaking it so I can see the condition of the actual reflector to the back up light?
Thanks for your input and repsonses.
