Yup, the third screw and the power window switches need to be unplugged, with the connectors flipped inside the panel as you remove it.

The armrest needs to rotate upwards till it releases just as in the older ones. Also the later mirror lever traps the door panel a lot at the top.

It should be very evident as you take it apart. The speaker is mounted to the door panel, and the plastic on those later door speakers does like to break, btw. Good luck with it.
