Help: Passenger side Front Wheel Noise! 700

Whenever I turn my steering wheel more than 45 degree toward left I can clearly hear a loud noise front my passenger side front end. It sounds like something is loose. It is loud especially when I park the car.
but it only comes when I make sharp left turn, not the other direction though.

please help me to diagnose the problem.
