Thanks for the head's up information regarding the picture in question. It would seem that the seller is being less than straight forward with this E-bay auction. I agree that the auction should be cancelled and/or amended with a disclaimer "Picture is not actual car for sale".

What say you fellow Brickboarders. Should we inundate the seller with questions concerning the origin of the picture and/or should E-bay be notified of this transgression?
