The price is fair if you think it is. You do plan to keep it forever, right?

Get the car inspected by a Volvo tech, just good insurance, not calling the seller a liar. Check the a/c system, "needs an recharge" means that it's not cooling right, and that could be due to many reasons.

Headliner - there's a way, uses spray adhesive IIRC, but since I am a 240 guy, it's not a problem with which I am familiar.
