SLIGHT SKIP IS FINALLY GONE 200 1988

You will have to take the body off first. Then remove the butter fly,two small screws hold it.Then take the TPS off two 3mm hex screws hold that.The large nut on the end with the spring needs to come off next.Behind the spring is the main seal and behind the TPS is the other.Give everything a good cleaning when it is all apart.Check the vacume hose fittings to see if they are stopped up and you will need the Oring for the black plastic idle knob also.I hope that this helps, post another message if you need more help.
