Wierd rear hop and rattle 700 1989

Thinking about it. It could just be bad 'U' joints on the Drive shaft. much less hassle to replace.

Automatic trani? Put your foot on the brake. Put the car in Drive then shift it to Reverse...does it really Bang from Drive to Reverse? if yes, it's probably the 'U' joints.
