Should be a simple fix. 140-160

You get them out by hitting them in the middle with a hammer.

New ones start out convex, as you hit them in when you fit them the outside diameter get bigger as they approach being flat. If you keep beating them they then become concave which reduces the diameter again & lets them fall out.

When replacing, use stell ones, not brass.
