freeze plug 140-160

I've traced a small coolant leak in my B30E to the freeze plug on the block that's closest to the firewall. (under the manifolds next to the oil filter) Does anyone know a simple way of replacing these plugs ? I know the manifolds will have to come off but will there be enough access to replace them or do I have to pull the motor ? Any experience out there ?
