Here's what I would do, with your set of problems.
Remember that the pressure cap on the overflow tank is there to allow the cooling system to run at an above-atmospheric pressure so as to raise the boiling point above 212F.
Minimize cooling system pressure by running with the pressure cap either very loose or completely off (If it won't stay on and loose). Then drive so as to minimize engine load (load = more heat). Lowest possible turbo running, lowest possible gear without lugging engine, at long stops shut off and re-start engine.
Keep an eye on the temp gauge at almost all times. Keep a couple gallon jugs of distilled water in the trunk, and top up frequently. Get more distilled water at any grocery store.
Then I would attempt to get that radiator that Kane offered. If you can't go get it, see if another $20 or $30 would work for him to ship it. That's still a good deal for a Nissens 3-row, IMHO.
"Leak-stop" products are dubious at best, and it depends on where the leak is. On the upper hose nipple, get new rad ASAP. Otherwise, maybe. Bar's leaks is OK to some. I have not ever used any of those products. Just good Luck, I suppose.
If the upper hose nipple blows off while driving, you might be able to limp home if you can make the break and plaster on a patch of multiple layers of duck tape - and run with no pressure cap. So get those gallons of water today.
Good Luck,
Bob
