Here in the Rust Belt, I bet I've hung 25 or more 240 doors.

By myself.

My trick? Roll down the window, support the window frame on my shoulder, and start the 4 bolts.

Swapping your lock cylinders is easy. In fact, with a little patience, it's all easy.

I can hang, align re-lock, and re-wire a 240 driver's door in about an hour.
