Replacing doors

My 1983 244 turbo has dents on both drivers side doors, and pealing clearcoat on the other two. Otherwise the body is really nice. I found another 244 turbo in the wreaking yard with the same color of doors that look nice. I was wondering about getting all four door and putting them on my car to save a lot of money at the body/paint shop. How hard is it to align the new doors to the body? Is this a two person job? Should one remove the internal componets from the door to make it lighter to install? how hard is it to remove the lock cylenders to have the one that fits the ignition? Finally is this a complety crazy idea that I should forget and just have the dents and paint fixed at a body shop, or will I actually be able to install these doors and have them function properly? Any advice about process would be appriciated.

Thanks for any information and happy bricking.
