Nissen rad quality deteriorating?????

'tis an issue with many of the radiators that I've dealt with when they're painted, whether it's Nissens, CSF, OEM, or some other brand. It typical because of the many heating/cooling cycles, that eventually, the bond on the paint will break. In no means does this affect it's functioning, though I do agree it looks ugly.
