Those should fit if you don't have Antilock brakes. You shouldn't, anyway.
You can't use the lug nuts- use your 740 lugnuts. The 240 nuts are a larger thread and may scrwe on, but will cross thread the studs and your wheels will fall off. Instead, save the nuts and mail them to me, I need a set! j/k...
