OK, I FINALLY found them on my microfiches. I am amazed that they even show
as separate parts and I doubt that they were ever stocked as such.

What you need to do is find a 140 series in a salvage that has a gear shift
like the one you got and cut what you need out of its tunnel and weld in into
yours. Failing that, get some sheetmetal and fabrication tools and make your
own.

I thought you were looking for shifter parts.
