What year is your 'P1800' gearbox out of? that designation would imply its out of a pre '64 1800.

Did your 140 come with an overdrive? If not, you need a bunch of stuff, and that could well be year dependant.

Need more details... Need to know if your 140 has the original straight 4 speed, or if its already got an overdrive, and need to know the year of the donor 1800. Could make a biggie difference. Main thing is whether that 1800 is pre or post 1969.75
