timing belt issue on 91 200

question #1 I have confused the crankshaft pulley with the camshaft gear and I set the camshaft gear to line up dots by turning the camshaft. God I hope I hav'nt screwed it up.

#2 if I haven't screwed it up yet, my belt has broken teeth on it so I don't think my crankshaft or intermediate will line up right what do i do here please?
