timeing belt replacement problem

I am refering to the crankshaft sproket mark when lined up with the corisponding mark on the rear plastic part of the timing belt cover. when those are lined up my rotor is on cylinder #2 I just don't know how to proceed with knowing everything will be lined up. thanks for the help
