There are lots of options. I'd be happy with Michelins, Pirellis, Yokohamas, or Toyos. Rotate them front to rear to even out the wear.
Also, the cupping has to be due to wear or misalignment- it's not normal. Have the toe-in checked (that's the ONLY adjustment available on a 740) and replace the "cone bushings", aka lower control arm bushings.
Small part, big improvement if they are worn out.
