will take my car in for a transmission change 200 1989

car is an '89 240 auto with O/D. the place said it can put in a '92 tranny from a 740. now I know the place and the people there know more than I do, but just want the heads up from you guys. this transmission from a different model can be put onto my model year with any modifications? is this a direct bolt on?

also, what should I also get serviced while this tranny swap is being done? thanks, guys!
