Well we are working on the 4th rim as I type this and the results are quite good. We have had to play around with things to make it work efficiently but seem to have it sorted out now. One thing to remember ... if you are using a set of Jumper Cables try to keep the metal part of the ends out of the liquid ... especially the negative cable on the part being cleaned as the clamp will get dissolved away . One rim we had was totally rusted inside, outside and partially on the tire surface. After 24 hours almost all the rust was gone. However, usually you will find that there is signifigant pitting where the rust had been .... BUT the RUST is totally gone. Should you find the pitting objectionable, you could probably fill them with body filler and sand them perfectly smooth. My choice is Trem Clad Rust Paint, as these rims are going to only be used for my Competition Tires or possibly Winter tires to save my aluminum rims
